• Payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayPal activate services immediately, while bank transfers take 1-2 working days to process.

1.3 Refund Policy

• A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller Hosting and Alpha Reseller Hosting, depending on the region.
• Refunds are not applicable for Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, and other specified services.
• Domain registration fees, licenses, and additional charges are excluded from refunds.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Submit cancellation requests via the client area, selecting immediate or expiration-based cancellation.
• Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
• Refunds exclude domain registration fees, licenses, and promotional discounts.
• Free domain registrations are subject to standard charges upon transfer or cancellation.

3. Service Usage

By using our services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services to transmit any malicious software
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
