KdHost Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller Hosting and Alpha Reseller Hosting, services in India only. For monthly plans, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.
However, refunds are not provided for the following:
- Cloud VDS and dedicated servers
- Domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees
- Setup fees or software licenses
Verification & Fraud Prevention
- Refunds will not be processed if your account fails verification or if fraud or abuse is detected. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with our policies.
Billing and Refund Process
- Refunds for eligible products must be requested within the specified period (30 days for annual plans, 7 days for monthly plans). Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days and issued via the original payment method.
- KdHost reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy violations, abuse, or fraud.
Exclusions
- Domain-related services: Domains registered, transferred, or renewed through URLStart are non-refundable.
- VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Servers: These services are non-refundable.
- Setup Fees and Licenses: Any fees for service setup or software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk) are non-refundable.
